studying abroad

I am currently considering studying abroad in Germany. This is mainly because, for my major, i have to have 4 semesters of a foreign language so studying abroad would be a great way to take care of 2 of them. If i were to go at this point though, i would be absolutely lost at trying to understand anybody. This is why i would like to go after another semester of the language at UT. One other concern about going there for a long period of time is the food. I dont know how i could adjust to the food, especially the things that we studied in class. That's a silly worry but it's still something to think about.
